My sister gently reminded me that I've been doing a very poor job of updating the blog. The reality is that there is more going on in our lives than ever before. I do not feel comfortable sharing all the details of this part of our lives on the blog, so if you are interested in hearing more, just email me and we can talk.

That being said, I asked Kara to give me some post ideas since I haven't been taking too many pictures of the kids, and I really don't want to go into great detail of our day to day here. This is what she so kindly came up with:

Things you could blog about:

1) Crafts you do

2) A daily life post - 1 day in Allison's footsteps (let her take the pictures on her camera or something). Things she likes

3) Andrew's food. What a pain and recipes he likes even though he's a bad eater

4) What picky toddlers eat. The battle that ensues

5) A silly post on some of the kinds of patients you see. weird and wacky or just snotty

6) A sewing post on what you're starting (if anything)

7) A love poem to Netflix

8) Books you would like to read this year

9) A "30 things" list. 30 things you want to do before you turn 31. It can be really simple things. Then blog when you accomplish one

10) Allie's blanket (ew)

11) What a tantrum looks like in progressive pictures, including being happy again

12) What neglected closets look like

13) Picture of the kitchen floor RIGHT after you clean it and then one at the end of the day. How many hours it took to look like it does. Take bets

14) The dining room table. Never for dining, but more of a filing cabinet and coat closet

15) A Jason haircut. Painful needles

16) The mirror after Jason does his hair. Spatter.

17) Laundry. Never ending. And where did all the little socks go?

18) Allie's progress at preschool

19) The basement. Do you have before and after pictures?

20) Allie and eating in the car. Or lack there of because of cartoons....

So there you have it. A veritable list of things to blog about. I'll pick a few that I like and get started. I would love comments on my blog. I know more people read this than ever comment.
