We always pray with Allison when she goes to bed at night. She usually starts listing off names of people to pray for. The first name she always says is Anna (yes Katherine, my daughter thinks your daughter needs lots of prayer). We usually just go through the names of people she knows either from church, day care, neighbors, so on. So tonight, Jason asked Allie who she would like to pray for. Of course the first name she picked was Anna, then she said Gavin, then Liam (evidently Allie thinks Katie's kids need lots of prayer too!!) Anyway, I thought it was super cute. We also sing songs at bedtime. She usually asks for "baa" (baa baa black sheep) and "Jesus" (Jesus loves me). There's also a nursery rhyme book that starts with "Hey Diddle Diddle" which is also on the front cover. Allie just calls that one "diddle." There's also the "daddy kiss" book which goes through different daddy animals and how they give their babies kisses, "bus" (The Wheels on the Bus), "mommy" (a book about mommies loving their babies), and a few others. Just thought I would share!!

That is so cute! All of it is really cute but especially the part about how Allie always wants to pray for Anna. She loves her! Awwww....
I think the "daddy kiss" book sounds really sweet and the "mommy" book sounds pretty good, too, though we'd have to change it to mummy in our house so Anna wouldn't get too confused.
It is so good that you are writing down your thoughts and memories as they happen. You have a wonderful account to share with your daughter one day.
