So I have just finished telling people that we have managed to stay healthy this winter. Allison hasn't been sick, has never thrown up, yada yada yada. Well, she spiked a little temp on Saturday which lasted about 24 hours. I worked all weekend, and Jason said she was just crabby and didn't really want to eat. Then yesterday she didn't run a fever, but was totally crabby and didn't eat well at all. Well, today I went to my class and mom said she has had 4 runny stool diapers and has thrown up twice all over the place. She is now down for her 3rd nap of the day after actually falling asleep in my mom's arms. That has not happened since she was 6months old. So, I know I didn't cause my daughter's illness by speaking such idiotic words as "managed to stay healthy all winter" no more than our unit gets busy because someone says the word "slow," but I'm just so sad for her. I hate to see her feel bad, and it absolutely could not come during a crappier week with Jason being gone. I'm hoping Mark will still watch her tomorrow so I can run in to take my test for 2 hours so I don't have to take the whole thing over again as I was informed today when I asked about what to do if my daughter is sick. Totally sucks, but they wouldn't even let me just do the test later...I would have to repeat the entire three day course...meanwhile my certification is going to expire. So, pray for her to make a quick recovery and for us to survive the week!

Well...it was bound to happen. It sucks, eh? Hopefully she won't puke for as long as M did. Give her kisses- I hope she feels better soon!!!
I didn't get a chance to talk to you today. I hope Allison is feeling better.
Don't know why things need to get their worst when the daddy is gone!! But, seems like that is the way it goes! Hope you can take the test!
