Expectations will be the death of me

So Jason just called and his flight has been canceled. He will not be home until tomorrow night around 7pm. So...another night without him. The only saving grace in all this is that Jason's parents are in town so I don't have to take care of Allie on my own. She appears "back to normal" although now we are dealing with fixing all the behavior issues we started this week. She now thinks that whatever she wants she can have since that was the only way to keep her happy this week. She's going to have to learn that chocolate chips are not an acceptable afternoon snack. Anyway, pray for safe travel for Jason and that he comes home to me soon. I wish that we'd had the day off together (my first Saturday off in months) but everything for a reason right??
