About a month ago, Jason was out of town for the weekend and I headed down to the farm to see my parents for a day. Dad took Allison, Andrew and I out to feed some cattle in one of their pastures. We rode on the back of the truck and watched as dad honked the horn to get the cows coming, then opened the grain chute and let it fall to the ground. These cows come running! And, they eat up that grain like it's candy.
Sorry all you "grass fed only" people out there...grain is where it's at for these cows!!

Here they come!! Allison was pretty hesitant at first. But of course, cows are harmless. They are just loud, big, and stinky!
