He is still a terrible eater. He could have whatever table food he would eat, but he just won't eat. He has gone back to his mainstays...puffs, crackers, cereal bars. He has started to eat toast occasionally, and still eats a good amount of purees and yogurt. The bulk of his calories come from the 20+ ounces of milk with carnation instant breakfast he drinks each day.
We have an appointment with the eosinophilic esophagitis (EE) clinic on September 13th for patch testing (for food allergies) and our initial consult with all the docs. That will be a rough day, as Andrew was already scheduled to have his eye stent removed that morning at 9:45, and then we have to meet with all the docs at 12:30. All downtown. Not easy to do all that and still find a time for him to nap and eat. Oh well, we'll figure it out.
Allison is doing great. Other than her sassy attitude, she's my sweetheart. She's been pretty defiant lately. Stomping her little feet and declaring that "no, I will not." I love that she's got spunk, and someday I hope that defiance keeps her out of trouble, but in the meantime, it's awfully hard to parent a child that says she doesn't care if she misses snack, "that's ok, I'll just wait until dinner," and doesn't care about spankings, "that's ok, I'll just go play pirates with grandma and grandpa after that." She's definitely got her momma's mouth!
Jason is hard at work and school. We have busy weekends, but it all works out. My work is going great. The schedule is going well. I have just taken on the task of organizing meals for Awana's every Wednesday night. If any Cov. Chap. ladies (or gentlemen) are reading...need your help people!
Hope you all had a blessed weekend. Small group tonight. Can't wait for some Pioneer Woman blueberry cobbler!

Poor Andrew on all that medicine. Hopefully it will just be short term.
As always, let us know how we can help.
Yes, I recall some defiant words coming from a certain sister of mine...I shudder to think about my future little ones..
