Real birthday

Allison's birthday was over Thanksgiving. Of course, she already had her big party and cake, so we just did something small...as in a donut we brought home from church! May not seem like much, but it doesn't take much to make a 4 year old happy!

Opening presents. Of course Andrew tried to usurp every package. Little terrorist!

This was the grand finale. Debbie and Dana got Allison a big box of dress up clothes. Not princess clothes, or fairy wings...no...pirates, fire fighters, cowboy (girl) and indian paraphernalia. Ha!!

Mark had drawn up a treasure map and buried a bunch of change in the back yard. She got to dress up like a pirate and go on a treasure hunt. What a great idea!

Counting her booty!

And trying to stab daddy with her dagger! Guess that's what happens!

And...my little fireman. Cutie boy!

Didn't really have any other pictures of Thanksgiving, but we had a good time. Ate too much food and just hung out. Finally got the house cleaned up and we're attempting to gear up for Christmas. I have a feeling we're going to be grabbing presents at the last minute like every year, but somehow it always gets done!

SUCH a cute idea with the treasure hunt! Love it! The first pirate picture you posted. Yeah, she looks exactly like you. Craziness. Love you!

Your in-laws buy the best presents. The treasure hunt sounds like fun.
