Allison and Andrew usually fight over who gets to hold, or look at, or talk to Isaac. It's usually prompted when one of them decides to pay attention to him, and ends with the other one needing to get in on the action. We don't let Allison pick up Isaac on her own, but she can hold him all by herself anytime she wants - or, well, anytime I am willing to help her get him situated.
