Isaac 2 months

Today Isaac is 2 months old!

He loves bath time. We use it a lot in the evening to prolong his awake time and regulate his schedule. If he's tired too soon and fussy, we put him in the tub and he lights up. Tonight he was splashing the water with his feet and doing a little 2 month baby giggle.

Isaac is rocking a pretty good double chin! He eats well and it shows! I'm not sure that he's as big as Andrew was, but he holds his own!

Isaac at 2 months: He eats about every 3 hours during the day. He's starting to be distracted easily and it is becoming more difficult to manipulate his schedule to fit mine. His evenings are much, much better. He will fuss a little around 8:30 or 9pm, but we can hold him tight and swaddle him and he will calm himself and fall fast asleep. He wakes up once a night, and sometimes twice. There have been two nights that he went 7 and 8 hours. Not consistent by any means, but I'll take it! Still not a big fan of the pacifier, but it sometimes distracts him enough from being upset and resets him. He will take a bottle, but only the Adiri brand I borrowed from my friend that is shaped like...well...like a breast, for lack of any other way to say it. He still prefers to be held when he's awake, but we're getting more and more time of him being content and looking around in his swing. Still does not like to be laid down on the floor, even under his play mat.

He's a happy baby and the whole family loves him! So glad he's here!!
